Lexi grinned, "Oh its not a myth, not for my kind of vamp anyway. But this snazzy little bit of bling right here?" She raised her hand to show Irene. "Its what lets me walk around in the sun. You have no idea, its still amazing. I never expected it and when I got the chance to get a ring like this, I couldn't not. But don't take it as a rule of thumb, there are other kinds around here and they're not all good like me. Just, don't assume I'm what we're all like."
"Ruby is bored and pregnant with the potential antichrist. I suppose gossip is her outlet." Lexi joked, it was both a funny and terrifying concept, but the demon had told her in passing once Lexi had mentioned the shopping trip. "And don't worry, three centuries. You're not gonna surprise me with anything you have to say. But you were ever so refined and genteel in the books, aside from the stealing of everything, obviously. Sherlock seems to mostly be the same. Younger with a snazzier coat."
Stern worked for her profession though. Lexi wouldn't deny that. And if she was honest, she was a little impressed hardware and equestrian stores were on the list. Irene knew what she was doing better than the 350 year old vampire. Where the heck was Lee when she needed him? "I actually think you managed to school a 350 year old just now, so well done. Will we start with clothes before you give an old lady a heart attack." she added jokingly. "Kids these days"
Lexi crossed the block and pointed at a clothing store not far from them.
"Its a start I guess, what kind of actual clothes do you want to look at?"
