Even in cities, Logan's senses were uncanny. Years of being on the run and hunting had only honed them more, if that was even possible. So when he felt the familiar sensation of someone looking at him too long, he began taking a discreet look around. He didn't like feeling hunted. He was the hunter, no one else.
As his eyes swept the crowd, he spied an unusual sight. A girl in nothing but blue and red with a cape, showing a nice bit of leg, stepping out from behind a bush. By all rights she should have been freezing but she barely seemed bothered. Curious. And she was looking directly at him. Pocketing his newly acquired cell phone, he sauntered casually across the street and made his way towards the girl.
He was wary but really was doing his best to put on a non-threatening facade. Which was hard for him. He was a warrior, a killer, a protector. Really whatever the X-Men needed him to be. But right now there were no other X-Men so it was all survival at this point. Still, she could be like him and dragged to this place.
He stopped a few feet from her so as to not invade her space and to give him room to fight if need be. "Hello Darlin. See something interesting?" Oh how he wished he had one of his cigars to take a long pull on.
