He was about to pass out from nerves and she wanted him to go first? Not fair. But Connor was a gracious sort of guy, and, admittedly, never one to turn down a present! He took the gift from her, already knowing the familiar shape. After all, that was the present most people got a gamer by default, and really, he was okay with that. If he already had it, no big deal, he'd just take it back!
Sitting beside her with a grin, Connor looked a bit like a child on Christmas morning as he pulled off the wrapping. Seeing the two figures on the box's cover made his smile just that much wider. Already he was thinking of the fact that she had asked him to teach her some two-player games so they could actually hang out over them. But then...was that more of a friend type gift?
Who was he to question it? Instead, he slipped an arm around her shoulders and gave her a quick squeeze, beaming a little. "It's perfect! I didn't even know it was out yet, I admit it." Because he'd been addicted to the same game for about two months straight. It really was time to take Skyrim out and play something new. Victor would be so proud. "You'll play it with me, right?" Did he sound like he was begging for approval? Probably. Oops.
