The tiniest of twitches was visible at her mouth, almost as if she was fighting a smirk, but she managed to keep her face blank. Unusual. Well, she had heard worse things than that, that was for sure. She took one step toward him, but stopped there, just letting her light cast a glow a few feet closer. "I've heard worse." she said with a shrug.
"Eve." she replied at his introduction. As much as she wanted to turn off her ability, she couldn't. There were no off switches. She could try and distract herself, but she was constantly aware of people's minds. She could dig deeper if she wanted, but limiting herself to surface thoughts was the best she could do.
She smiled slightly, shaking her head. "I won't be any help for you with information on this city. I'm about as stuck here as you are. And probably more confused." teleporting through realities shouldn't be hard for her. Yeah, there were places she couldn't go, or appear to anyone, but being stuck in one was something new. She knew this wasn't some kind of punishment from the Fates. That wasn't how they worked. Eve had taken her test, and passed with flying colors. This shouldn't be happening.
