Since yellow eyes attack, Juliet had been cautious. She hadn't hardly even been down to work and sometimes worried that she was going to lose her job because of it. She'd placed a call to the chief of police in the morning and explained things the best she could without going into extreme demon detail. Just that she'd been hurt and had medical records to back it up from her extended stay in the hospital. Those records sat on her desk untouched. She really hadn't wanted to look through them or have to even bring them down to the station if she could avoid it. They scared her. They were just records, but they were also memories. Bad ones of the hours she spent in the hospital basement.
She still had nightmares of it. It was rare that she didn't wake up in the middle of the night. Tea often served as a thing to clam her nerves. Being in Deans apartment now she doubted even it could calm her frayed nerves as she looked around at boxes being filled with Deans things. He was moving. It was logical since he had a son, he needed a bigger place not filled with guns and hunter things on the floor where Ben could get to them and get hurt. It also scared her. It meant a longer trip and leaving the complex to see him. She frowned a little until he came into view and then smiled faintly. "Yeah." She was still quiet sometimes.
She remembered seeing a side of Dean as she drifted between consciousness in the hospital that scared her, but he was still Dean. Especially now the way he looked at her, she closed the short distance between them and hugged him. Her cheek resting on his chest, she closed her eyes half way. "You're really moving then?" She commented idly as she just hugged him as though he were a life line keeping her tied to reality. Sometimes he was.
"Picked out a place yet?" She'd sank to small talk. She felt badly but it was better then nothing. Since Dean had told her about Ben she'd gone through probably all the emotions. It was a big deal. Dean was a father now. He was also a hunter. She was not. Did that mean Ben was going to be on her as well? It wasn't entirely a bad thing if it happened that way. She was worried though, she wasn't sure she was ready to be a parent of any kind. She wasn't even sure the kid liked her at all.
The thinking was getting ridiculous. So many confused emotions over a kid who she couldn't tell either way liked her or not and was already freaking out about it. Looking up at him with a hesitant look she shrugged. "Have you eaten anything yet?"
