Who:Terry McGinnis and Jason Todd
What: lol Batman and Robin!...Too soon Jason?
When:tonight
Where:The city
Warnings:Who knows!

Lawrence, Kansas. The year 2011. At first Terry maintained hope that being launched into the past was a dream or an illusion brought on by Spellbinder, yet days passed he found no way out. All of Spellbinder's attacks were illusions that eventually rippled away. This one had gone on for days. He saw no signs of a weakening illusion at all. Only a solid ground infront of him and a strange complex offering a free room for stranded time travelers like himself. At first he'd been suspicious of it, but who wouldn't? Rarely Terry knew, was anything ever for free. Then he learned the hook, line, and sinker. Apocalypse. The city was facing an apocalypse. He'd been yanked out of Gotham City to fight a battle between heaven and hell. Speaking metaphorically being Gotham's protector really wasn't much different.

He wasn't Gotham's protector anymore. He was in primitive Kansas now. He couldn't get in touch with Bruce, not by phone or by com link, nothing. He couldn't keep an eye on his mom or his little brother Matt, he was cut off. The more he stood around in his little apartment in 21st century Kansas thinking about it, the more he could have sworn he was going to lose his mind. He'd done everything he could indoors, paced back and fourth a few times, counted tiles on his kitchen floor, looked in his empty refrigerator, and he couldn't stand it anymore. Reaching for his brown backpack that sat on his counter he changed into his suit as soon as the sun set and crawled out the window silently. Scaling the building up to the roof he looked out over the town.

The air was cool but his suit prevented much of the weather from bothering him. It was weird not having to check in with Bruce before he clocked in for his night job and almost glided from roof to roof. The town was still fairly busy even into the later hours of the night. The streets were lined with festive looking lamp posts glowing warmly and casting perfect shadows to hide in. Terry couched on the edge of a building over looking the center of the town and simply watched for activity.
