Even though Claire hadn't seen him appear before her eyes, she was still impressed. She had never met someone with powers before, if thats what they were called - someone who could do things which weren't exactly normal. Maybe he'd understand some of her issues, with the not getting hurt issues, he might actually get it. Where as Zach tried, he really tried, but he couldn't - there was no way he could have. She couldn't help but stare for a moment.
Then again, she had also never been to a place where there were angels and demons, like Needy had told her on the city's message boards, or whatever they were. It really was like bring thrown into one of Lyle's video games. Except from the fact that this one was real, or at least seemed to be.
"Hi," she managed after a few seconds, suddenly feeling very awkward. "So you're Tricksy right? That's what Needy called you," her voice trailed off slightly when she noticed the charm. Her brow furrowed slightly, how could something so tiny protect her from being possessed...wait, possession was an issue here?
"Thanks," she said, and gently picked up the charm from his open palm. She stared at it for a second, and put it around her neck. She was waiting for him to ask about the blood, because someone covered in blood when they were obviously physically fine was a red flag. Claire wasn't about to mention it herself though, though if he asked she'd be perfectly honest about it.
