Who: Fred and Ginny Weasley What: Ginny is apparently the welcoming committee. IDEK. Though she also has to make sure Fred is REALLY HERE. Where: Wherever Fred is and then the complex When: Evening of the 21st Rating: Low most likely Status: In Progress
Ginny knew that people could come from different points in time. Just look at Neville. Months after the Battle of Hogwarts. And she knew that logically, people who were dead could show up as well. Be it be from before they had died, or after they had died. Because the information page on the forum was important and needed to be read. Oh, she didn't know what to think on what was going on. Truthfully, she hadn't been here for a week yet. Spent the first night in a park because Ron hadn't told her of the Complex. Then two days ago had found Neville and had to explain things to him. Now Fred. She didn't know what to think. What to do. She just knew she needed to be certain. Because seeing Fred's body... dead... it broke a part of her. Of all of them. The Weasleys were all close, always had been. They had their issues, any family did, but beyond Percy (who was a right git for what he did, breaking Molly's heart like that and leaving even if he did come back to help fight), they were close. Jumping up from spot on the couch, thankful she had yet to change into pajamas, Ginny left the Complex after procuring an amulet for Fred. He would need it. Oh, both could protect themselves, but she didn't know what the demons here were like and it their spells would do any good. No. Best to have the amulet to protect themselves from possession.
The problem was, Ginny was still learning the city. But she had memorized the address she had been given and soon enough found herself where Fred said he was. Scanning the area, brown eyes soon landed on her brother and Ginny felt a sob crawl up her throat. Rushing to him, the youngest Weasley wrapped her arms around Fred and started to cry. Cry in relief that he was real. Cry for losing him. Maybe even just cry for the entire situation. All the confusion and uncertainty. She wasn't the type to cry. Not often. So the fact that she was crying? Definitely not normal. But this wasn't normal. People didn't see their brother die and then not a week later have them show up in a strange world that they themselves had just shown up in.
