The thing with Allana and Ava was interesting to say the least without feeling like a total jerk. Anakin wasn't sure about how to deal with a detoxing demon blood addict to be frank. None the less he was there. He took over shifts when necessary and in general just tried to keep spirits up. On the inside it was harder then he thought it would be. It made him think about Cade's issues with drugs, and all the death he caused. If Cade had done that type of thing when drugged out, he could only imagine the types of things Ava had been up to that sent her willingly to the detox house. The thought made him physically ill, so he tried not to think on it and only the result. Ava would detox, Allana would get her friend back. The end. That was how it had to go, he wouldn't accept any different outcome. Even if he had to fight for it.
His crystal blue eyes were tired as he left the Detox place, his body was physically exhausted with all the drama and intensity. He took his time on his walk back to the house he hadn't been to since Tahiri's disappearance and tried to quiet the rushing thoughts in his mind. The doubts and what if's wouldn't help anyone. Where Jedi were concerned, there shouldn't even be any. No think, just do. If thought was brought into the equation then things got complicated and impossible. The Force didn't work like that. Anakin knew better, so he took a breather and let his eyes on occasion glance into the sky as he walked. If he had his X-Wing he'd be on his way back to the Academy, or at least up in the air. In the sky he felt that anything was possible. Piloting was what he wanted to do, but what he wanted to be was a family again. The first step toward that goal that he could see was to stop living alone in Tahiri's old apartment. It bothered him on occasion. Knowing that it was hers but she wasn't there, that she had gone back to a place of uncertainty and darkness. He caught himself worrying about it at night. That had to stop too.
That path could lead toward the dark side. Worry and heart break. So he needed to clear it from his head. He approached Leia and Han's and slipped inside. "Han?" He knew his father was around somewhere, but first he was greeted by Falcon. The kitten that was growing bigger with each passing day crawled up on his leg and insisted to be held. Anakin stooped down to pick her up and held her quietly. His fingertips toying with her ears as he moved a little further into the living room.
