Tina had long since learned that understanding this place was all about time. There was no way you could understand it right away. Nothing made sense. It was just something that had to be experienced as much as that sucked. Sure, she could bring up Booth's arrival guide, but she had a feeling that all the words could just confuse Brittany as there were a lot of them. It really was nothing against Brittany, but Tina knew how she was about having to read things. Or memorize things. No, keeping it as simple as she could was the way to go.
Blinking as she was hugged, Tina paused a moment before returning it, smiling to the blond.
"It's nothing." Sitting back, Tina sipped her tea before chewing on her lower lip. She was trying to remember what Mike had told her when she had first showed up, but given it had involved him being with Kitty? She had tried to black it out and learn about things on her own. But she knew she hadn't covered everything. So in carefully chosen words, Tina went into the other things she was missing, pausing at times to make sure that Brittany was following her. After a while she brushed her hair from her face.
