"Pretty much so. We don't really know why it chooses the people it chooses. Sometimes the people are fictional, like, they come from books and television shows. We're from a musical called Wicked." Shrugging, Galinda continued to tend to the wounds, focusing on the gash to the stomach when she heard the comment about the bubble. Always with the bubbles. Pausing, the blond looked up and blinked.
"No.... I came looking for Elphie after she flew off.... I couldn't let her go alone." Galinda had done that in their time, not that the musical covered it. The only difference was the fact that in their world, she hadn't been able to find her best friend and had returned to Shiz. This time, though... "I used my wand and told it to bring me to Elphie, and it did. Only. Here... and not in Oz."
Even if Galinda wanted to avoid the fact that Fiyero was from her future, it was getting harder and harder to do that, not when he was talking about her traveling by bubble. But she was going to ignore it. Because in the musical, Fiyero had run off, not giving her a chance to prove to him she was worth loving. He didn't give her a chance to fight for him.
"I've gotten better at spells, though. I can make protective bubbles around people so they don't get hurt. Apparently I'm good at protective magic?" Galinda had never thought of it before, but it seemed that she was finding herself in Lawrence. Figuring herself out. But she still longed for love and feared abandonment.
