Jessica couldn't pretend she knew what was bothering this woman, she just knew that something was going on there. Jessica could see it in the other woman's demeanor. Maybe it was guy trouble, maybe it was friend trouble, but there was something there. Jessica wasn't willing to take a blind stab at it or anything. She just wanted to try and be helpful. That was the kind of person that Jessica Lee Moore was. She'd always been that way. It had been how she'd met Brady, after all. That was the worst mistake of her life, looking back on it She really wished that she hadn't met him at all. That was impossible, but staying away from him was, she was hoping. She didn't want to see him ever again that was for sure.
Jessica was still having a bit of a rough time herself, but she was sort of wrapping her head around things. Coming back to life after being dead was kind of a big thing. Then, she had to discover that the guy she had thought there'd be a future with...well, he'd moved on. She was happy for him, and that was true, but it didn't mean that there weren't still feelings for him that she had. She'd always care about Sam, though. This whole thing was just weird. It wouldn't be quick to just adapt and move on, Jess was planning on it being a process, honestly. She had to figure out where she could fit in here, what she could do, and start over she supposed. This was sort of a start. She was talking to someone that she didn't know after all.
She couldn't help it; when the woman said psychic Jessica let out a light giggle. "No, I'm not a psychic." She replied in a friendly tone and then nodded. "My drink of choice was tequila. The strong stuff is kind of a clue." The blond woman stated with a light nod. "Not obvious, just easy to tell if someone else is in a rough place when you've been doing the same and know what it looks like."
