If he tried any harder that look on his face was simply going to split in half, Andrea thought as she ran her fingers though her hair. It was either that or push up her glasses. Yes, even she had her fidgety habits. It was one of the reasons she preferred her hair in a ponytail, other than it being insanely practical, it kept her from finding a reason to keep her fingers busy. She was generally good at it .. mostly but Kent tended to make her irritable.

It all stemmed from his inability to keep his nose out of business that wasn't his. Most people weren't a fan of it, but most people didn't have Clark Kent's superhuman nose accompanied by his superhuman 'I know better' stare of disapproval attempting to tell them how to do things. Furthermore, most people didn't have quite the aversion to it as she did.
She was pretty sure that she put out a vibe that screamed out 'Don't meddle in my affairs' no matter who she was with. Whether it was Andrea Rojas the intern, the grocer, or the chick who wore black and kicked bad guy ass. Yet for some reason, dude with the superhuman eye-sight seemed to not see it.

Nevertheless, despite all of that? The smile that managed to quirk her lips was quite genuine. Seriously. He looked so uncomfortable. And it wasn't even her being spiteful-exactly-it was just he looked pretty funny with that expression on his face. "I'm fine." She wanted to point out that she was perfectly fine. Unharmed and un-possessed but that was a bit petty. Even if she wanted to point out that she was being cautious to make sure his worse-case scenarios didn't happen. "How about you?"
