The young woman didn’t see it coming when she was no longer in her chamber of Hyrule Castle, softly playing her pale blue Ocarina as she sat by the window. Change in sunlight against her shut eyes hadn’t even struck her as odd at first. Only when a strange humming sound whisked by her did she finally open her eyes and stop playing.
Instantly she was confused. In front of her wasn’t the distant hills that reached to the Kokiri Forest, but a fair sized patch of land with two children chasing each other a few feet away. Zelda looked behind her, only to see a vehicle pass by, the cause of the strange humming. The princess was lost. What was this place? It surely didn’t look like the castle or fields...
Something was off. She couldn’t figure out what, but it was something. The something felt different to her, nevertheless. Lowering the prized Ocarina, Zelda tucked it away into the pocket of her long ivory skirt to see she was sitting on a bench.
Zelda couldn’t deem a rightful explanation to whatever just happened. She kept her poise though as she frowned, hoping to return if she just shut her eyes again.
