Of course he had questions. Of course he wondered things. All sorts of things. It would be only right that he did. Jacen would have been suprised otherwise. And he was doing the usual Han bluster to get through it. Jacen nodded in answer to the question. He really didn't need an explaination of what he'd already surmised but he remembered that his father liked to talk when he was worried. So Jacen let him do that, let him try to bring some brevity to the strangest of situations for what good it do them.
The usual name, 'Kid'. He called Luke kid, he called Jacen it, Anakin. It was so painfully familiar that Jacen had to look away from him, just for a moment. The correction when it came was met with a second curt not and Jacen couldn't help but smile at the idea of being asked for a straight answer by his father. The Han of his time knew well that Jacen Solo never gave a completely straight answer if he could help it. Vergere had left her mark on him.
"I don't need to sit down. You can if you wish but I'll be as honest with you as I can to anything you might ask?" There were a couple of things Jacen supposed he could ask. He wasn't sure if he wanted to hear any of it but he was willing to answer. He'd said so to the man more than once since his arrival here.
"And I'm used to you calling me 'kid'. Its not going to bother me too much if you slip up and do so."
