Watching Elphaba's expressions, Galinda was afraid that she had made a mistake, that Elphaba didn't want the bottle. But it had seemed so important at school. How desperate she'd been to get it back when Galinda had taken it. But then she was being hugged which startled Galinda to no end. After all, she was the hugger, not Elphie. Not that she was going to complain, it was just different.
Wrapping her arms around her best friend, Galinda grinned up at her.
"I told you that you would like it." Giggling, Galinda tried to bounce in excitement but found it difficult with the vice like grip that Elphaba had her in. No matter, Galinda liked hugs, but she still tackled them to the floor, lying down and facing her best friend, smiling brightly. Hopefully this would help Elphaba with what had happened. Help her reconcile her thoughts and feelings. Just.. help her where Galinda couldn't. Every girl wanted their mother's approval. It was something that Galinda didn't really even know what it was, but she had always wanted it.
