Her smile grew a little when she saw Ruby approach, and once the brunette had joined her, she gave her a small hug just because she couldn't help it. Personally, Jo was so proud of how far Ruby had come in such a short amount of time. She was also happy to think of her as her best friend now, despite all they'd gone through together...or maybe because of it.
A small laugh escaped at the question, and her shoulders lifted in a light shrug. "I guess we do. This club is the best club, and we absolutely rule it." She grinned while watching Ruby grab some fries, and finished off her sandwich, then reached for another. "You know, I think that Piper lady is evil. These sandwiches are too good to be 'good'." Taking a bite, she washed it down with some more of the cider.
"As far as random lanky guys on the street go, I think you picked a winner, Ruby." She glanced over at Sam and smiled, then looked back to the bride. "I'm so happy for you right now. And by the way? You look gorgeous, seriously." Finishing the fourth sandwich, Jo forced herself to not reach for another, and instead snagged a chocolate covered strawberry from the dessert section, her eyes still on Ruby. "Are you guys doing some kind of honeymoon? I just realized that we haven't talked about that at all. I suck as a best friend, seriously." It was said jokingly, because at the moment? Jo was determined that nothing would ruin her good mood. Not even stupid hormones.
