Who: Elphaba
What: Getting a HELPFUL vision about Bonnie!
When: 12:18 AM
Where: Her room
Rating: PG-13ish
After exchanging comments with Elena, Elphaba had flown over to Damon's place to get the bracelet. She truly had no idea if having it would help a vision come or not, but she was seriously going to try anything that could potentially help. The fact that her powers never worked the way she wanted them to infuriated her, but what could she do? It seemed that her visions came and went like the wind, so she had to be flexible with them. She had just returned from Damon's, having landed in the backyard. She walked in the back door of the house and went straight up to her room. She closed the door to her room and set her broom aside. Instinctively, she moved to her bed to get the Grimmerie, but she stopped upon remembering it wasn't there right now. Galinda had hidden it. While it had initially upset her, she hadn't flown off the handle about it. She knew her monkeys hadn't deserved what she'd done to them the other night, and she did feel bad about it, so it was for the best that the book was safe right now.
Elphaba pulled the bracelet out and looked at it, running her fingers over it. She closed her eyes, trying to concentrate on Bonnie. She stood there for a couple minutes before she sighed and opened her eyes. Maybe she just wasn't calm enough yet. She sat down on her bed, folding her legs and setting her hands on her knees. Closing her eyes again, she started to take slow, deep breaths, the bracelet clasped in one hand. Slowly, her mind began to clear of all thoughts and she focused on Bonnie. That's when she heard the whisper on the wind.
Help me El. Please.
Her eyes flew wide and she gasped. Then she was bombarded by a flurry of images. There was a cage. A room full of people, obviously dark witches. She heard laughter and some discussion. Then came the overwhelming sense of pain and the sense of being drugged. Letting out a scream of horror, Elphaba jumped off of her bed. "Bonnie!" She cried as she felt tears well up in her eyes, mostly due to feeling what her friend was going through. Then she saw images of the witches, Abigail being most prominent. She saw the place Bonnie was in, and it didn't take long before she would be able to pinpoint a location.
Then, the images faded and the bracelet fell from the witch's grasp. For a moment, she could only stand there, bewildered by everything she had felt. Then suddenly, her anger rose. Clenching her fists and her teeth, Elphaba couldn't believe what those people had done to Bonnie. All in one moment, Elphaba let out another scream and threw her arms out to her sides. The full-length mirror that was across from her flew backwards into the wall and shattered along with the windows in her room. All the furniture moved about three feet from where it had been.
These witches had sealed their fate. The Wicked Witch of the West was going to make them all suffer. There was going to be Hell to pay.
