Zuko didn't know who to trust here, this was not familiar to him. Rather than falling into any traps he was going to take care, he was going to keep from trusting anyone to quickly. Though, his friend Aang would do the opposite. Aang was so trusting and it was something that Zuko envied, but he couldn't help but worry in this situation. As he listened to the other man, Zuko continued to breathe, that smoke drifting from his nose. Giving a slight nod, Zuko was glad that the man seemed to understand. "Yes, I am. It seems you understand that. Then, you understand that taking care of the Fire Nation is important and I need to return?" Zuko still had a ways to go owith everything in the fire nation and surrounding. He was helping rebuild the rest of his world and he was still trying to keep his own home running smoothly. It was difficult to do, but Zuko was dedicated.
An entirely new universe. "There is no way to return home?" This was a problem. Zuko needed to go home. Zuko couldn't leave his throne empty. If he did someone could take it. If someone else took his throne then it was only too possible things could begin to spiral downward back to the way that they had been. Zuko could feel the anger at someone bringing him here, but he would have to be sure this was the truth. He couldn't take the words for face value. "So, we cannot even face those that did this...." Zuko shook his head and shifted on his face, trying to keep warm. Moving around more would probably be better. He was cold, far too cold. Zuko needed to be warmer, he could only keep himself warm for so long.
"Christo?" Zuko repeated the word, confused. He didn't know what that meant. When the other man continued on, Zuko only nodded thinking that this man was more than a little strange. "Right, that would be appreciated." It was far too cold. Had it been this cold when he had gone to each of the poles? Zuko couldn't remember, but then again he had been clothed. Automatically, the Fire Lord followed the other man, understanding that right now it seemed to be deemed necessary. Clothing was going to be important in the current situation. "Things are different here." Zuko said, in thought as he moved to follow but was abruptly stopped. "Oh." That was inconvenient. "Normally I wear clothes, and armor, I was taken from my bed, though." Zuko explained, lifting a brow at his words about bowing to the laws. "I've lived as a peasant before I'm not so above laws." He stated, taking the coat. "Thank you, I'll return it after my clothing situation has been remedied." Zuko stated confidently.
