Who: Kira and Andrew!
What: WRRAAAAAAATH.
When: today.
Where: Complex kitchen.
Warnings: W FOR WRATH AND WTF.
Dean had helped Kira find a place, but she wasn't comfortable in it. Or with the complex for that matter. So far the only person she even mildly trusted of the locals was Dean, and a boy named Tommy who had arrived with her. Just that name Tommy would always resonate trust with her. Dr. O had been nothing but an amazing mentor and friend, who's name also happened to be Tommy. Maybe she was judging him too quickly to really trust the kid so deeply, but she cared about him since they arrived together. He knew what it felt like. She found herself wondering if he was safe, and wished partly for his sake and partly for her own that he would come at least look at the complex, but she understood the resistance. She'd been hesitant too after all.
She was a little scared. Sure she was perfectly capable of defending herself, but she'd never even seen a demon. Save for the stupid sci-fi network version that weren't very scary at all. Those were only between the monsters they fought and the sleep she got whenever Ethan had his turn for movie night. It wasn't that she had anything against anime or sci-fi it was just not her style. She cared much more about music videos and rock and roll then she did watching a movie about space and galactic wars.
Ever since Dean had helped her to a room, she'd done nothing but hide in it and avoid the residents. She played guitar, scribbled a few notes down into a note book she'd stolen from the lobby. She took a shower or two, but that was really it. Her room wasn't exciting, and if she didn't get any food in the next few hours she was going to lose it.
So to the kitchen she went. She'd been given a small tour of the place, so she knew they had food at least. She did not. She only had about 40 bucks cash on her, so borrowing from the community kitchen was really her only choice at this time. She opened up the refrigerator and pulled out a box of left overs. It looked like Chinese. It had someone's name on it, Andrew but so did everything else in that ice box that didn't involve actual effort in putting together. "Sorry Andrew but it's going to a good cause. Feed the starving newbies. " She muttered to herself as she microwaved the container for a few seconds and grabbed a fork.
She probably could have tried chopsticks, but honestly she was too hungry to care how she was eating the food as long as it kept her from eating her own arm in starvation.
