Who: Buffy Summers, and open What: Moving into the apartment building When: Early afternoon Where: The apartment building set up for those who are stuck here Rating: TBD Status: Incomplete
The building was up and running. She and others had been working on it, and thanks to Gwen and herself, security was read. The wizards had done their magic, Martha had her medical floor, and Buffy had her training room and security room. The only reason she hadn't moved in was the lack of furniture or anything for her apartment. Though now that too was taken care of. Her apartment wasn't fully decorated, but it was on its way. She had her bed, her living room set up, her bathroom was basic, but okay. She could worry about making it look like an apartment later.
She'd picked out a room on the lower levels. Being a more likely point of entrance, she had wanted to put herself close to the training room, security monitors, and the front door. As far as she knew, this building was as locked down as it was going to be. She'd been lifting things into her apartment all morning and was hardly breaking a sweat. Hair pulled back, she was dressed in black stretch pants, a white tank top, and a simple pair of sneakers.
"Good enough." she said, looking at her apartment from the door. She would style it up as the week went on, but right now she wanted to check out the security system. She hadn't had a lot of time to master things since it was fully in place. Shutting her door, she stuck her key on a chain that went around her wrist, and then headed toward the room that held the security monitors.
A highly advanced security system had been put into place, witch had gone through many test runs thanks to Gwen. It was the start up of Scotland all over again. She was tired of it. Tired of leading, or the carnage, or the loss, and tried of not being able to connect to any of them. She didn't feel like part of this group. She felt like they needed someone who knew what they were doing, and she was next in line for that, it seemed, after the brothers.
Entering the room, she slid into a chair with wheels, and then pushed herself across the floor to one of the computers, and began flicking on monitors, which began to show her different sections of the hotel. Time to learn what the buttons did. Where was Xander when she needed him?
