"No, definitely not dead." Leon felt bad that he couldn't vouch for Claire though. He was in contact with her once a year or two after the city outbreak, but since then work took up his time.
Leon gave her a dull look at the cop comment. "No police work anymore. I was working for the president before I showed up here. A bunch of stuff across the states and overseas a few times," he shrugged. He wasn't big on talking about the assignments, mostly because he wasn't supposed to but partly because thinking about them made things rough. "I didn't get any letters though. Where'd you send them?"
