Kael nodded. The vast majority that wasn't pink due to the teenage succubus was rich red and golds, colours obviously having some importance to the bloodelf, and he offered another rare smile.
"Kael will do, there's no need for formalities." He never liked his title of prince and never took up the crown once his father died, he felt it unnecessary and he felt himself unworthy. He looked Charlie over again, sensing something about her. A different sort of energy, she had definitely tapped into some sort of plane.
He glanced over at the corner uttered a soft, flowing word in Thalassian. A beautiful gold and red bird flew into the room, moving just as softly as the Elfin language sounded. Kael watched intently as the creature landed on a bookshelf, cocking its head to the side at Charlie before taking flight once more and landing on Kael's shoulder, letting out a small cry. Kael nodded in approval.
"Well, Charlie, I should be able to teach you." He motioned to an ornate bergere, intending for her to sit as he clasped his hands in front of him, lost in thought for a few moments.
"In Azeroth, those that are effecient fire mages are able to tap into the elemental plane of fire," he explained after choosing his words carefully. "The most experienced are able to summon familiars. Al'ar is mine, and despite what Jennifer Check says on the boards, he is a phoenix, not some run-of-the-mill chicken." There was a hint of disdain in his voice but he quickly waved a hand. "My point is, Al'ar seems to have recognized you as a fire mage. Which means if you'd like, we can get right to strengthening you. What, exactly, would you like to focus on first?"
