He shrugged. "In a day when people are willing to sell their life story to the first network that will pay six figures to own it." Reality TV taking over was one of the reasons he didn't bother owning a TV. "I'm good with different." He shook his head. "At least someone knew how to take care of it. Probably isn't the last thing that's going to happen around here."
Eliot laughed quietly. "It shouldn't be too much to hope for. Unless you're superstitious, then you just jinxed yourself." He looked up at the TV, checking who was playing and finding neither team he was one he cared for, didn't bother checking the score. "There's downtime after the storm. You'll get a few days at least."
