"Why wouldn't I?" Angela rose an eyebrow. "I might be in Bizzaro World right now, but I'm not about to stop working," she took a sip of her beer. "Besides, can you imagine me fighting demons? I'm much more suited behind a sketch pad."
Angela could tell right away that Booth's emotions didn't match what he was saying. She reached foreword and put an hand on his shoulder, there wasn't a word she could say to make Booth feel better, and she knew that. Still, she wished she could do something.
"Hey, want me to draw a picture of him?" Angela asked. "It's not much, but at least you could put it up somewhere."
Of course Angela was thinking much more than a drawing. If she could get her hands on the supplies, she'd do a full out painting of Parker. Maybe of Parker playing in the park, the possibilities really were endless. It would give her something to do while Booth saw if he could get her a job. It would also be challenging, and Angela loved a challenge. That was something that would never change no matter where she was.
