Who? Tenel Ka Djo.
What? TK's arrival.
Where? Downtown Kansas.
When? Afternoon. Today.
Rating? TK is not happy.
Panic was flooding through her system. She could feel her heart thundering in her chest. She was afraid. She had fear running through her veins. There were bodies everywhere. How could he do this? How could he slaughter innocent people? Could Jacen really justify this? Tenel Ka certainly couldn’t. Murdering innocent people would never be acceptable. It only caused the woman to fear more for her daughter, not even herself.
Her red curls bouncing as she ran, Tenel Ka was positive that she would never manage to make it there in time. She was pushing herself as hard as she could. Her adrenaline was causing thundering in her ears. She wasn’t even sure there were real thoughts that were going through her mind right now. Her body was just reacting. Jacen really wasn’t the person that he had once been. Was there anything in him that was good anymore? She was fairly sure that the answer was a resounding no.
Her feet quickly found the ground of her private hangar. Her heart leapt into her throat as her grey eyes locked on the most terrifying scene she could think of at the moment. There he was. Jacen. He had her. He had Allana and he was boarding Tahiri Veila’s Stealth X. Their eyes met. She couldn’t seem to manage to make herself look away. She wanted to act, but there was a coldness behind those eyes of the man she loved. Tenel Ka didn’t see a shred of the person that she had once known. She didn’t even see a man there. There was nothing good behind those eyes. That kept her from moving just a moment, long enough for something to happen.
She didn’t do anything before a loud explosion rang in her ears and she saw the flash of the flames. The power behind the explosion threw her off her feet, causing her to hit the ground in a rather painful heap. The next thing the Hapan Queen knew, she was going dark. Her last thoughts before slipping into unconsciousness were worrying about what Caedus would do to her daughter.
It could have been an eternity that she was in blackness. Or moments, but as Tenel Ka came to the ground beneath her felt much different. Forcing herself to come back to awareness, the Hapan Queen Mother opened her eyes and looked around her. She wasn't where she was supposed to be. This wasn't Hapes. This wasn't her home. Where was she? Quickly, the agile woman got herself up and standing, her right hand automatically going for her lightsaber, but not doing anything as of yet. Grey eyes were surveying the area. At the moment she wasn't worried about masking her presence at all. He thoughts were on Allana. She was focused on her daughter, she was worried about her. In fact, she could almost feel her. She could almost feel them both. It had to be that she was playing tricks on herself. She wanted to feel the both of them so badly that she was imagining it. He had taken her. Who knew where he had taken her? It had to have been Jacen's fault that she was wherever she found herself now as well.
Being the logical person that she was, Tenel Ka had to find information. She had to figure out her situation first, and after that she needed to get back. She'd need help getting her child back. Taking a few calming breaths Tenel Ka began to move, her eyes keen, looking around carefully. Her first order of business was to find out where she was. The second order of business would be to find a way to a spaceport. After that she wasn't quite sure. Damn Jacen.
There were people around, someone should be able to tell her something!
