Hermione Granger ([info]brightest_witch) wrote in [info]wariscoming,
She grinned as he hugged her again, her arms staying tight around him as she pressed her nose down against his shoulder. Merlin, she really had missed him beyond belief. Especially with everything going on with Ron. She needed Harry here, needed someone that she didn't feel awkwardly about.

"What better way." she agreed with a laugh. "It was a good plan, and it worked in the end. Especially given the fact you didn't use the potion."

She didn't really want him to pull back from the hug but let him, taking his hand and entwining their fingers, squeezing softly. She didn't really want to explain everything going on to him but she knew she had to.

"We haven't been to Hogwarts, remember? We weren't going to go back. And you're in Lawrence, Kansas in America. I was told that we're needed for a battle, it's not the sagest place on Earth here. But you don't have to stay here, it is possible to leave just...not go home. There's a place you can stay, I'll take you there when outside calms down."
