She tried not to raise her eyebrow when he swore, instead straightening her back. After all, she was not exactly sheltered from such language she just chose not to use it during most circumstances. She nodded at his telling her to simply call him by his name, remembering that. She had a problem calling people by their names if they had titles. She still called Professor Lupin by exactly that even after he finished teaching her.
"Yes, that's the term. One I've heard many times."
When he began to question her on her being a witch she simply pulled her wand from her pocket. Back home she would have been wary about it but it seemed here no one really took notice or cared. It was curious but she wasn't going to complain, though she would keep any magic away from muggle eyes if she could if they weren't enquiring her about her.
"Name something. Something that wont draw too much attention were it to appear," she said as she took a napkin and placed it in front of her.
