WHO: Lucifer & Faith WHAT: DOOOOM! WHEN: Late afternoon. WHERE: Off on whatever path Faith is trekking along after her escape. RATING: PG-13.
Having eyes and ears nearly everywhere, whether his opposition was aware or not, had it's advantages. It had taken little time for Lucifer to discover that an angered presence had escaped from the Winchester camp. While his sources weren't very specific (how could they be when the only one on the inside was Ruby?) on what had happened to the woman on the inside, they had insisted that it must have been something interesting, which was more than enough to draw in Lucifer's attention. Normally, subjects of interest would be fed to one of his lackeys. Someone with an eye for picking people out and getting information out of them, like Brady. This time, however, Lucifer chose to go at the situation with a more personal touch. It felt personal; Dean Winchester was involved. Knowing that the man was gunning for his death by seeking out the Colt made Lucifer even more curious, which in turn made him feel as though he needed to get his hands on every bit of information in regards to the man's activity as he could manage.
It was considered a personal form of entertainment, really. Lucifer knew that Dean couldn't stop him. He also knew that the man couldn't kill him, no matter how many times he vowed that he would. There was little in this world that could accomplish the task, none of which remained on this planet or cared enough to try. His interest in Dean was purely for his own fun, which was why Lucifer was so invested in it.
That meant that, for now, he was also invested in Faith. It was very easy to find her. She wasn't protected, so all Lucifer had to do was feel her out. A second later, he was standing on the path ahead of her, white suit bright against their dark surroundings. His wings seared through the air, glass shattering violently throughout the various windows of the buildings that were scattered along the street from the sheer force of his presence. Lucifer had to dim it down some, if only for the sake of the human.
"I see you've made it out in one piece," Lucifer commented, wings vanishing into thin air. He looked calm, in spite of how intimidating he truly was. It was a simple approach. One that Lucifer found worked well when he was interacting with the humans.
