He knew Bones couldn't be too thrilled about the text at the early morning hours of ridiculousness but what he had to show her was probably a once in a life time thing. So Booth climbed in his rental crossover car and drove to her hotel. He'd only saw it by chance actually. Had they still been in D.C. he probably wouldn't have seen it at all. But out there in the middle of Kansas country side where he was driving home after the latest case he saw it as bright as the day. The sky was lit with meteors. He'd forgotten all about the shower, but out in a place like that it was impossible to miss or forget. For a few minutes he stared at them and didn't want to leave. Unsure how long they'd be active, he sent his partner a message. Sudden idea. Wondering if she'd ever seen anything like it, and doubting it highly he arrived at her doorstep.
"Come on Bones, the nights young." He grinned as he knocked at her door and leaned in the doorway.
