"She's gotta be," Caroline nodded in agreement in regards to Epiphany. "I mean she's got blue hair. That's pretty crazy." She smiled and laughed a little, the blue hair was crazy - it was true. No one would have dared do that sort of thing back in Mystic Falls.
"I think I'm still in the fuzzy shock stages right now," Caroline replied. "But I'll totally let you know." She paused for a moment, running a hand through her hair. "So, how many vampires are here?"
Suddenly Caroline, found herself wanting to tell Quinn everything. She hadn't had someone to talk to for a while - not about this sort of thing. Bonnie had been so distant, and Elena was dealing with other stuff, and Stefan - wasn't the person to talk to about this sort of thing. There was a feeling of familiarity about Quinn, even though Caroline knew that wasn't possible. She wanted to tell Quinn about how lonely she was, how scared she was, how much she was hating herself right now for being some sort of monster-murdering-freak. Mostly the real reason she broke up with Matt, the fact she had nearly killed him.
She could feel tears stinging her eyes. "Sorry," Caroline said softly, stopping for a moment and wiping them with her sleeve. "It..." she paused, swallowing a sob. "It's really complicated. But it's better for him, even better now that I'm here."
