She watched him fiddling with the bottle cap, tearing open the wrapper of her chocolate bar. "When I say I'm not lacking in funds I really mean it," she smirked, fishing out her credit card. "This isn't exactly normal card. Works anywhere, never runs out and never lands me with a giant bill at the end. So, really, if you want some help with the money, I can spare the cash."
She kept her gaze on him, getting where he was coming from on that. "Do any of us really sign up for these kinds of wars? We kind of just need to deal with it. Well, or go crazy, which is always a viable option."
