Who: Selina Kyle/Catwoman and OPEN
What: She just got there. She's gonna get some clothes.
When: Afternoon.
Where: The shopping district. Yeah. That's what I'm calling it. It's an area with stores.
Warnings: Thefts! And stuff.
Well this isn't right, Selina thought to herself as she looked up and down the grungy street through her goggles. Granted, it wasn't nearly as grungy as some, or most, parts of Gotham, but it was still a give away that she was not where she was supposed to be. Not to mention that it was suddenly daylight instead of night, and lacking that slight haze to the sky that she had grown accustomed to over the course of her years in Gotham City. She stepped back into an alley slowly, a frown on her face as she thought this over. First, she was going to have to find out where she was, which would be simple. Any paper could give her that information, as long as it wasn't a national one like the Planet. Next, get clothes to blend in, because Selina really didn't need to be out in daylight with her costume on. "Thank god I upgraded from spandex," she muttered to herself. Getting clothes would be a simple enough thing in itself. A two-shop stop. All she needed to do was take the paper she gets her location from into one shop, snatch a bag from behind the counter without being noticed (and that would be extremely easy, thank you), use the paper to make it look like there were clothes in there, and go into another shop to slip clothes into the already occupied bag. Rarely did stores put security tags on every item of clothing, and she really only needed something to get her through the day.
Quickly, she pulled off her mask and glasses (those would have to go if she wanted to do this properly, and they could be easily hidden in a paper until she got that bag), ran her fingers through her dark hair to keep it from looking like she had something over her head in the first place, and set off. Boy, it had been years since she had done something as simple as this. It really took her back.
