Fortunately for Lionwhyte, he didn't have to handle all those demons alone. Sora had been taking a shortcut through the park, looking to avoid as many demons as possible on his way to seeking out safety. He was locked outside of the apartment complex, but that didn't mean that Sora couldn't find someplace safe to stay low and figure out a plan, now did it? He was used to taking on large hordes of unexpected enemies - he'd fought plenty of monsters before in his own universe, some of which were simply born of darkness and could form armies simply from a mere shadow - but Sora wasn't used to doing so without any decent results to show for it. Actually, funnily enough, when he had taken on some of those demons before? Everything but what they were taught about them had worked in his favor Sora hadn't been able to exorcise them, but he had been able to knock a few out with his keyblade.
Which, it seemed, was going to be the exact tactic he took on when he spotted all those demons taking on a rather funny looking man in the park. Even though the man looked incredibly strange (and admittely a little more than concerning), Sora opted to help him out immediately. He was, after all, a hero. He couldn't let any innocents get harmed on his watch, now could he? Throwing an arm out, his keyblade formed out of thin air and into his grasp. Sora immediately threw himself forward, shouting for the nearest demon to turn around. As soon as it did, Sora whacked it upside the head with the brunt end of his blade. As the last demon he'd attacked had done, the demon toppled into the grass and fell unconscious.
"Hit them in the head!" Sora shouted, turning to take on another as quickly as he could. It was a shame he couldn't summon any of his friends along to help. King Simba would have been really useful with that deafening roar of his.
