She shook out her backpack, it was lightweight, survivalist gear, it and her board were the only two things that had come through with her. She nodded once, "Food and water, check." She slipped off between the shelves to see if there was anything left that hadn't been looted yet, wishing, and not for the first time, that she still had her recycler and some travel rations. She'd have made a break for it long before now if she had.
She found some canned goods that were still intact, and a whole case of bottled water that had been hidden under a toppled shelf. Everything securely packed she made her way back through the shelves to Sam, hefting her pack to settle it and re-adjusting the strap on her board so that it wasn't digging into her shoulder, "Okay. Boards have been going crazy, everybody's pointing fingers at everybody else."
