Ron and demon!Steph! - Fighting, bad exorcisms, and accidental fires!
She had noticed him. That was probably bad. No, it was bad, but Ron couldn't bloody well turn his back on her now, could he? At least she was running away from that lunatic with the lightning. That'd give Ron a bit of ground to work with. He took a step back, feet attempting to get him to do what his instincts demanded - that he run - but mind protesting enough to keep him grounded. She wanted him to put down his wand, did she? Ron was pretty sure that meant that the demon walking around inside of Steph was completely mad. He wasn't going to put down his wand when there was a dangerous monster standing in front of him. Just who did this demon think he was, anyway? At the same time, Ron didn't feel all that comfortable about firing a hex at Stephanie. What if he hurt her?
You mean she's not already hurting? She had to be hurting. There was no way that anyone being possessed couldn't be hurting. Trapped inside of their own bodies, unable to do anything because some dark, disgusting thing was in control of them. Making them do things that they would never do. Ron knew that this wasn't Stephanie. And if he had to cast a few hexes on Steph's body - which he'd make up for later - then that was what he'd do. But there were other ways to do this thing too, weren't there? Ron frowned deeply, wand rising in retaliation to the demon's statement. He had to exorcise her. What was the exorcism again? "The only one I'm going to hurt here is you," Ron said, swallowing hard. "I - I'll exorcise you if you don't get out of her body. Right now!" He didn't think that threatening the demon was going to work. But if he could put her off long enough for him to actually remember how that exorcism started...
"You're going to give her back to me. Or I swear I'll..." Wait. "Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus! Ah...omnis satanica potestas..."
