dawn summers | anything but ordinary ([info]niblet) wrote in [info]wariscoming,

Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry
Who: The Summers sisters
What: Buffy comforts Dawn after they figure out Tim's gone
When: Monday evening
Where: Dawn's apartment
Warnings: Probably none, though there may be some teenage angst!

After abandoning her computer, Dawn went to her bed and curled up to wait for her sister. She stared miserably at the wall. She had been looking forward to more of the fun things they had begun to do - ice skating and movies and a picnic that was going to be outside but had ended up indoors because it had been cold outside. She missed him so much. Dawn knew it wasn't his fault that the stupid seal had decided to send him home again, but that didn't make Dawn feel any better. To be honest, she felt worse, because there wasn't really anything or anyone to blame for him being gone.

She wondered if he would remember her. She hoped so, though she doubted it. Booth had said that he didn't remember anything after he went home again, so it was probably a normal thing. But here she was, stuck with her own memories and missing him to the point of it hurting. Tears began to slide down her cheeks slowly as she snagged a pillow and hugged it close with one hand, the other wrapping around the snowflake necklace she was wearing at the moment, one of the gifts that Tim had given her for Christmas. Her shoulders began to shake as the tears started to come harder and faster, to the point where she didn't even notice when Buffy came into the room.
