It was one of the rare nights where Needy and Cal weren't both working at the same time, and considering she didn't really go out of the way to talk to the other people she worked with or the regulars of the bar due to the fact that way too much about her would probably raise too many questions? Needy really hadn't had anyone to talk to that night. Which was fine. Spending six months of her life in an asylum made it easy for her to go a few hours without really talking to anyone. Especially since she ended up getting herself in trouble and landing in solitary more often than most people would have expected from her.
But when she saw Kyle coming through the doors she couldn't help smiling. Not only was it someone that she might be able to talk to in between looking at the IDs of people, but it was someone that she really didn't mind looking at. Not that she would say anything about that, of course. Needy was never the upfront one when it came to the whole "flirting" thing, and while that bite from Jennifer changed all sorts of things about her, that was one thing that didn't get upgraded.
"Hey, you," she said simply from her table by the door. Thankfully, the bar wasn't a huge one, so she got to sit inside at her own little table right by the door and check people as they entered. It was either stop and show her that they were old enough or turn and try to magically walk through a half wall they had so that people couldn't just slip in. "I wasn't expecting to see you in here."
