Jaz found her book in the archive and got out of her chair, looking around the shelves for it when she passed the vampire girl again. She wasn't anti-vampire. Not by any stretch of the imagination (Vayl would definitely attest to that, were he here), so when she saw the vampire in front of her, she turned and nodded a hello.
She wasn't exactly good with 'striking up random conversations with strangers,' but the girl seemed to have something on her mind. And Jaz was a pretty decent listener. She recognized the girl, now that she'd gotten a closer look. They'd had limited interaction, but Jasmine Parks was never one to forget a face. Eyeing the bindings of some of the books in front of her, Jaz finally found the book she was looking for - as well as five others with her in them. Did she really want to know the rest of her story? Probably not. But that didn't stop her from picking the next one up, too.
She turned her attention to the other girl now, giving off a light smile. "You're...Anna, right? I've seen you on the forums and I think I remember that being your name."
