Rating: Let's go with PG-17 for now, based on language and possible torture?
Status: Complete

The thought she’d had before ran through her mind again. This is almost too easy. Drawing out the so-called leader of the group was barely even worth her skills, and left her feeling strangely disappointed. Going off the memories Faith had of this “Buffy”, she had thought the blond Slayer would be far more formidable, but that wasn’t to be the case, it seemed.

The address she had given was that of a cemetery-one in which it was easy for those she’d called for backup to hide. Though at this point, she didn’t think she’d need them. Not if things went to plan, anyway. Keeping up appearances, she was dressed in the clothes her host preferred, though they were perhaps a little too tight in a couple of places, and the tank was one lower than she might have worn normally. She sat on the low wall surrounding the gravestones, idly flipping the stake-what a dumb weapon, by the way-in one hand.

Chocolate eyes scanned the surrounding area as she sensed those she’d chosen get into their positions. Her plan was to take Buffy from the moment she walked up-of course, after making sure she didn’t have anyone with her. One booted foot idly kicked against the wall as she pulled out a pack of Faith’s cigarettes and lit one up. Stuffing the pack back into the jacket, she continued flipping the stake.
This was gonna be fun.

She knew something was up. Of course she had no idea what was up, and with Pike being about as useful as a pile of dirt in that area, she was left to try and figure it out. The last time they had gone hunting, just a few days ago, they had found nothing. And Faith's attitude toward her had thrown her off completely. It was still throwing her off, and it made her nervous. Whatever was up with her, she was going to find out. Tonight. But just in case it was a trap, the Slayer was loaded up with weapons. From stakes for the vampires, to boot knives, sheathes with knives hidden on her arms with her jacket, a dagger tucked into her pocket and a holy water in the other.

Until she could figure out what had caused the attitude adjustment, she wasn't trusting Faith as far as she could throw her. That really wasn't much of a difference to how she usually trusted Faith. Though it had been getting better, until recently.

Cell phone tucked away, the Slayer had headed out to meet Faith, making sure she left to get their on time. Buffy had approached and entered the graveyard carefully. It was easy to spot Faith, but she still kept her guard up, keeping her senses open as the blonde slayer moved to meat her counter-part. "Hey." her arms were crossed as she approached, feeling her blades ready when needed on her arms. "Ready?" She was going to assume the nest was in the graveyard somewhere. Typical behaviours from their world.

She had been waiting until Buffy arrived before she decided completely just how things would go down. As the blond approached, she studied her around the cigarette smoke that she was exhaling, gripping the stake and jumping lightly down from the wall. "You know me-I'm always ready." She gave a light smirk as she moved towards her. Maybe she would draw things out just a bit.

As she reached Buffy's side, she started to walk along the path, gesturing with her head for the other Slayer to walk with her. "It's this way. From what I've seen, they don't usually come out before midnight or so, so we've got a little time. S'just on the other side there." She nodded towards the older, more open side of the cemetery. In the shadows, she could sense the other demons begin to slowly draw closer, and she could barely contain her anticipation.

Yeah, always ready to get them into trouble, as far as she could remember of the age Faith was at now. Though she knew Pike had been good for her, she knew he hadn't been that good for her that quickly. No, something was still wrong. She she kept a bit of space between the taller slayer and herself, and kept one eye on her, while trying to keep her awareness of her surroundings open. She couldn't shake the jittery feeling she was getting from this, but if she was being paranoid- usually she was never wrong, her paranoia was always right- there were vampires left to kill. They had to kill them.

Vampires who don't come out to midnight. Slacker vampires? Like sleeping in? Anything was possible from her world, really, but she glanced at Faith before she nodded. "Lazy vamps, check." she replied casually, her hands to ready for her weapons if needed "Didjya see how many, any chance?" not that she was too worried about numbers with the two of them, they could easily kick vampire ass, even the most elite of vampire ass. That much she already knew.

Still, the slayer was itching for a good dusting, a fight against an enemy she knew inside and out, something she knew best. Though with any luck when the last of them were found, that would be it for the vampires from her world. That was both good and depressing. Good because the threat was gone, bad because she was going to have to go back to being told she didn't really know what she was doing.

Faith gave a shrug. "At least eight, or so." It was all bull, so the number didn't really matter. "Four for each of us." That was a good number for a Slayer. They'd both handled at least that many before, so the demon felt comfortable with it.

Of course, there weren't any actual vampires.

As they began to near the ambush point, the demon paused, her head tilting as she looked around. Again, it was all for show. But she didn't really care if Buffy figured that out-there were more than enough demons surrounding them now to make sure the blond would not get out under her own power.

"Didja hear something?" She gripped the stake a little tighter, then shot the Slayer a quick grin. "I'll circle around, kay?" That being said, she slipped off between a couple of headstones, then gave the signal. Once the brunette was out of sight, they began to converge on the blond, eyes already black as tar.

No, she hadn't heard anything, and her eyes darted to Faith as she left without a word from Buffy. It was then that the knives from her arm dropped into her hands. As she did, the demons stepped forward. So she had been right. Fear crept up her spine, but ever so casually, as if she was more annoyed than anything, she called out to Faith. "You bitch." Demonic bitch, apparently. That explained it, the goodie behavior. Possession. How longer? And how the hell had Pike not managed to notice this?

Next time Buffy said someone was off, everyone should just listen.

Eight demons, this didn't look good. She could handle large numbers. Five, maybe six if she was lucky, but eight? Seemed a little much. Demons weren't as stupid as a lot of the vampires from her world.

"How much you want to bet I'm going to kick most of your asses before one of you manages to get lucky?" she asked, keeping her face stone cold. Something told her once they got their hands on her, she wasn't dying. No, she was pretty good target since she lead the complex. It would be a while before she died. But then, that would buy time for someone to find her. And she had to hope someone was going to find her, because Buffy wasn't getting out of this easily. They had her surrounded.

The first one came at her and the fight started. Demons might have been stronger, but they still fought like humans. They weren't skilled fighters, not like Slayers. They didn't think as creatively either, or maybe that was just her, she was pretty creative.

The first two demons went flying, sending them into grave stones and tombs, then two of them hit her at once. The fight lasted a good five minutes, and Buffy had landed hits on most of them, two of them were unconscious on the ground, most of them were sporting some form of injury, but she couldn't keep this up. She wasn't in the best shape herself, and she was wearing down.

One demon had grabbed her arm and Buffy had literally went upside down, her foot coming up behind her to slam into the demons head when another demon grabbed her from behind.

Another demon hit her. The second punch to the face had her seeing stars. Then the demon who was holding her threw her into the tomb stone, her cracking against the concrete, and the slayer blacked out.

It was maybe a couple hours later, and by that point, Buffy had been moved into a specially prepared small warehouse. The demon had spent the last few days getting the place ready, and had used what Faith knew of the apartment's residents-though there wasn't much. She had put up a few spells and symbols for warding and hiding, and reinforced the walls with lead. It didn't need to last forever, just last a few days.

Brand new chains had been installed, and it was there that the demons placed the Slayer, before leaving. The one that remained stood over her for a long moment, then smirked, leaning down as she drew out the dagger Buffy had given Faith for Christmas. She reached out and drew it along the Slayer's cheek to get her to wake up.

"Wakey, wakey, Buffy."

At first there was a sharp pain, she'd hard worse, but it hurt. Then she became aware of the rest of pain, the throbbing and ache that was in her skull, and a few bruises over her body. Then there was that voice, which at times, felt like nails on a chalkboard to her. Her eyes flew open and her she moved away from the knife.

Now this situation seemed familiar, only this time she wasn't pretending to be chained, she really was. The slayer yanked at the chains holding her in place, and then turned to examine them before she looked at the demon in Faiths body. Her eyes flicked to the knife that was in her hands, and a stab of annoyance shot through her. Slowly the fuzzies in her head began to clear.

"I'm going to say Faith is in too good of a place now to sell out to you guys." she said, voice half dripping with venom, "So which little hell-slut are you?" her tone was dark, annoyed. Buffy already knew she was stronger than this demon. If she wasn't, the demon wouldn't have had eight others jump her, and then tie her up.

Just another coward that managed to crawl out of hell.

She grinned when the blond woke up, straightening a bit and still holding the knife nearby. "I could tell you that Faith isn't too happy with this, but to be honest? She's enjoying this nearly as much as I am." The grin shifted to a smirk as her eyes shifted to black ink. Half-truths were an old game to demons. The reality was that Faith was barely fighting anymore, cowering in the back corner of her mind.

"My name is Jewel. You wouldn't know me, but I know you pretty well, thanks to our girl." She slid one hand down the thigh of the body she inhabited. "You'd be surprised by some of the thoughts she's had about you." She stepped forward again, reaching out to unzip the blond's jacket. "Some of them even give me ideas. And by the way? Your little friends back at the motel aren't going to find you anytime soon. But feel free to scream all you like."

If Faith was enjoying it, it really wouldn't surpirse Buffy. But demons tended to lie through their teeth. They lied so much that you could automatically assume everything that came out of their mouths was a lie. "If thats the case, you can tell Faith that once your ass gets sent back to hell, I'll kick her ass too."

She was going to get out of this, Buffy just had to keep telling herself that. She'd get out, or someone would find her. It didn't matter what the demon said, there was always way to find her, and she was sure they would.

Jewel didn't ring a bell, and she really didn't give a shit about who it was, she just wanted a name to the smoke that was talking to her. Buffy rolled her eyes at the demons comment. Sexual advances, how many times had she heard that one before? Right from the first day she was called. Yeah, she was definitely terrified of what the demon was going to do next, but she full on refused to give her any sort of pleasure out of it. No, she would never break that much, they'd just have to kill her first. "Like I'd ever give you the pleasure." she said, before her eyes narrowed. "Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus, omnis satanica potestas, omnis incursio-" and she began reciting the exorcism as fast as she could.

The demon smirked. The girl had spirit, that was for sure. And a mouth on her, as well. Speaking of, the Slayer started speaking in Latin, causing the possessed Faith to flinch, eyes narrowing. "Oh this won't do at all." She first threw a sharp left hook at her mouth, then while she was recovering, she stepped over to a nearby table. She set down the knife for the moment and picked up a roll of duct tape. Moving back over, she tore off a piece, then stuck it across Buffy's mouth.

"Nice try, but I'm not going anywhere, Slayer." She smirked again and threw a second punch, this time at her stomach. "Neither are you."

It wasn't the punch that stopped her. That intrrupted her for a second or two, but it didn't stop her. It was the duct tape that stopped her. The look she gave the demon showed exactly how unimpressed by this she was. You could half read her saying 'coward' with her eyes.

A small noise escaped her when the punch to her stomach landed. She couldn't scream if she wanted to, not that she wanted to. It took few a few seconds to recover, since her rips were already nicely bruise from the eight other demons that had attacked her earlier. It didn't take her long to straighten out again, and her eyes staid determined, glaring directly at the demon.
