"Sure," Needy said, shrugging again. "Once you get an ID straightened out I'll help you track something down. Shouldn't be that hard, pretty much everyone here at the building works. My best friend Cal and I work at a bar a few blocks from here. I do security, he's a bartender." And most of the people that came into the bar underestimated her, thought that she'd be a pushover and useless as a bouncer. But at least the regulars knew better by now. She didn't show off exactly how strong she was or anything, didn't do anything that would raise too many brows, she just showed enough to prove she could handle herself.
Okay. She showed off a little, and used it to make some extra cash by challenging anyone that doubted her to an arm wrestling match. She hadn't lost a single one yet, but that wasn't that weird. She wasn't exactly normal any more.
