A wide, warm smile curved her lips as she saw Damien waiting for her. Very punctual, always a good thing. And for once Prue was relieved she didn't have to keep her defenses up around Damien. She didn't have to pretend she was a perfectly normal woman with nothing more exciting in her life than her career. She didn't have to worry if Damien was some warlock or demon trying to gain her trust only to kill her and get her powers. No, she could be herself with him and that was the most liberating thing she could possibly feel.
Prue couldn't help but slide her gaze over Damien, taking in his appearance. She really did like him and it ran deeper than being purely physical, though she wasn't opposed to things getting physical. But despite her feelings, she was still hesitate to use the word date out loud. She knew this is what it was, but given her track record with dating, she didn't use the word freely. But perhaps that would change tonight. At his compliment, her smile turned a bit shy as a slight flush came to her cheeks. "Thank you. You look really handsome yourself." She couldn't help but laugh at his comment about using a cheesy line. "Well good because I'm not an angel. And thank you for not using some cheesy pick up line." She slid her coat on and grinned. "I did. But it will need to be checked with my coat. I don't want it to get broken while we're dancing." She pulled her camera out of the pocket of her coat, cradling it carefully in her hands like it was precious treasure. Which, really, it was.
"And to answer your initial question, yes I am so ready for a great night!" She grinned widely at him, her smile was completely radiant, something that she'd been lacking of late. "So, shall we go or shall I delay us more by taking a bunch of pictures right here?" Without letting him get an answer to that, she turned the camera on, lifted it and focused it on him, then snapped a picture. "Oops, sorry, I couldn't help it."
