Andrea nodded slowly. "Ahh. I see." Crossing her arms against her chest, she leaned slightly against the wall, watching him. Just because her body seemed relaxed and this was Spike doesn't mean that she was completely stupid to stay at ease. She'd learned not to get too cocky while out at night, even if she dealt with humans and could disarm most of them before they even blinked. It wasn't that she didn't make mistakes but Andrea by nature tended to border cautious while dipping her toe into the paranoia part. And besides she knew better than to underestimate Spike. Okay she was learning. It was a come and go kind of thing. He just liked to make things so very difficult. In general. For himself too it seemed.
"You're going to get me a Christmas present." Andrea smirked. "Because you think I'm awesome and you like me." He probably didn't think she was awesome and she likely annoyed him more than anything, but faltering never got anyone anything. And while it would make her more sad than she would ever admit that he wouldn't consider getting her a present (and not just cause she was spending money to get him ... two) the point of the verbal exchange before kicking ass was to be confident. Even if it was just about supposed presents. Quirking her a brow, even though he couldn't see it, she said "Generalizations aren't going to keep me from punching you in the face." Sighing and straightening, "I want you to put those things back. I know you won't. So I suppose that means that we'll have to brawl." With that she put her fists up, before extending one arm and doing the 'come and get it' gesture, ala Bruce Lee.
"Come on. Let's rumble." Her mouth twisting into a slightly amused smirk.
