"Mostly yes. But you seem very attached to yours and I'd feel bad for having stolen it so you go ahead." he told her, amused at the protectiveness even behind the joke. She needed the weapon. Because then she wasn't helpless. He understood that feeling. And if the bar helped her then the bar she would have.
