"It's not so bad," Stephanie smiled softly as she watched him, leaning against the wall she was standing beside. "I mean, when it's slow I can just play on the computer and stuff, so I like when it's slow. But when it's busy, the stuff in my department isn't that bad, except for the meetings we have to go to sometimes. The one I just got out of was like two hours long, and seriously boring." And god, it was boring. If higherups hadn't been in there, she would have spent a lot of time just spinning her chair. Stupid thing where you have to act professional, at least in front of bosses. She could have listened just as well if she was spinning, after all.
But his comment about the cruise made her chuckle again. "Alright, if I won the cruise you're totally coming with me," she said with a quick nod. "After all, they never only give out one cruise ticket. That would just be dumb. No one wants to do that sort of thing on their own." Really, she didn't think a cruise was in the horizon for her. Plus? There were certain family members that would stab her if she didn't take them or Sookie on the cruise. All her other friends were guys.
Okay, it was probably more likely that they would stab whatever other friend she took because of the gender.
