Robin winced inwardly at Much's expression, a reaction that deepened when Much called him "Master." He had expected that this would not be the best topic ever, but still rather hoped that it would be less unwelcome than it clearly was. But, if they did not get things sorted soon, he would have to take drastic action. And, to be perfectly honest with himself, he did not anticipate Marian's wrath if he locked her and Much in a room until they had made up.
"Obviously, there's a problem, Much," he argued. He did not want to say what he was thinking now, since as Marian's betrothed he believed that he should not speak against her, but perhaps it had to be said for the sake of this friendship.
