Logan grinned when she asked for fries with lots of cheese. That sounded pretty damn good. When the bartender looked to him, Logan considered what he wanted for a moment. "I'll have an order of those fries." He would probably get some more food after Jo had left. Logan's appetite was nothing to be sneezed at when you considered the possibility that this was a light meal for him. A light lunch meal, at that. The man could eat. But for now, he'd stick with the fries. It was easier to eat and talk while eating fries than, say, a burger, especially a greasy bar burger.
As the bartender went off to take care of the food, Logan glanced over at Jo. She certainly carried herself well, that was for sure. Not a wilting lily in the slightest. He respected that. "Nah, I was actually planning on going to sleep in my bed at Charlie-boy's place, but this ain't so bad, all things considered. Good brews, good food, decent motel room," he grinned just slightly and tossed her a pointed glance at this point, "good company, it could be a lot worse."
