WHO: Warren and OPEN. WHAT: Warren needs more plots.. because he's not the most chatty Kathy, so he's reading a book? outside? WHEN: Afternoon. WHERE: A tree beside the complex... might just catch fire soon? RATING: TBD
Warren hadn't really been much of the joiner since he had been at the apartment complex. He might have been a hero where he came from, but this place seemed so well protected with everyone else he had seen. He never liked people much, and even the public never really thought he was very nice to them. He would usually save them, roll his eyes, and leave. Will and Layla were the "happy to help" heroes. He went outside for the day with a couple of books, a little light reading, for him, but that was anything they had at the library, really. There was a tall oak tree outside, and he settled himself under it, propping his book on one knee while he stretched out the other leg, absentmindedly thinking about his new life here while reading. He had already read that particular book, and that was always a good way for him to clear his head.
He was lost in the book and his own thoughts he didn't even realize the burnmark his hand was leaving in the grass. He was thinking about how different this world was from his own. That there weren't any supervillains that were easy to defeat, and there weren't any superheroes here that were actually from here. He only thought he needed to get used to this place. Maybe then he would be more comfortable in the hero role again.
