Andrew had the munchies. It was simple as that. Plus, he had been in the office instead of up in his apartment, so it only made the most sense that he would go to the community kitchen to scrounge up some food substances. He knew there were usually people milling around in there, doing everything from job applications to hanging out to sometimes actually cooking. Or just eating right out of the fridge as was the case for some. Lois Lane and Ron Weasley, among others. But what he didn't expect was to see Clark fighting with a laptop that was going haywire because something had messed it up really bad.
He stood back when he spotted those sparks, blinking for a moment before speaking. "Uh... Clark?" he started, then bit his lip for just a moment. "Okay, one? Take the battery pack out of the back. Make sure it's unplugged. That'll cut off the power supply. And two, what exactly happened to your computer?" To Andrew, it was a good question. Though judging from the looks of it, and who was handling it, he had a pretty good guess. That hole did look kinda fist sized, after all. Clark fist sized, at least. Not Andrew fist sized, he was much smaller than Superman.
But the most important thing just then was that Clark not burn the building down.
