She'd spent the last few nights very impressively avoiding her boyfriend. Even with them both at Bobby's she'd managed it. Always giving someone extra help, or wanting to research something or generally just not being around any time he tried to talk to her. And it hurt to do it. To be away from him, to hurt him, because she knew she was. But it was for the best. She'd blurted out stuff to Andrea that she couldn't tell Sam, she just couldn't. How did one actually say 'Hey honey I'm intimidated by your dead girlfriend'. It was too much, especially given it had been Azazel that had killed the girl.
It was too much for her to expect Sam to deal with and so she'd been managing quite well even to avoid him, especially passing by the kitchen while looking for her bag which she had been sure she'd left around here, she was going to do a quick check on the boards see how things were in Lawrence. But when she saw Sam she quickly moved past the kitchen and was about to go on to look on the next floor, all the while avoiding the traps she knew about when she spotted her bag. It was one of the rooms Bobby had left untouched so she could hold her lessons there. And she'd obviously left her bag in it. She didn't think anything of walking in, grabbing her bag and turning to leave again.
It was as she turned however that she pushed against the barrier that could mean only one thing. Just one thing. Had Bobby now decided to turn on her?. Or Dean? Was this it? Had she trusted Bobby and Dean only for this, getting her out of Sam's life. Was that it?
"Guys?" she called, knowing they wouldn't leave her here long, "This isn't...I'm not lying to you. I'm not. I'm really not. You can't do this...
